Paradise Park’s leisure facilities include a fully equipped gymnasium on the pool side as well as a poolside cafe / bar with alfresco seating.

Apartment Specifications

In Paradise Park the fully furnished studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are fitted to a high standard that is not usually seen in units of this price, giving you increased value for money.

Dining table and chairs in the living room along with a sofa, coffee table and fitted TV/display unit including a flat screen TV in every apartment.

Fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and of course a bed, full air conditioning completes the package.

The completion date is as follows:

Prices start from 1 million for a FULLY FURNISHED 36 sqm 1 bedroom condo. This can rise to 2.29 million depending on the view and floor level.

A 2 bedroom unit is 2 units side by side joined so you just pay for the price of the 2 units and we convert it free of charge.

PAYMENT PROCESS:

A 50,000 Baht booking deposit is required to submit the reservation.

Contract fee is 25% and usually due within 2 weeks

The balance of 75% can be split over construction period which we will discuss the best options for you.
